Resolving improper Ethernet cable connection issues
Issues with the Arris router login or setup arise when the network cable isn’t connected securely to the either end of your device. Make sure that the cable is connected tightly at every port and is in place. If you find them like that, adjust it accordingly. Faulty network cable(s)

Incorrect IP address
